15 hour flight ✈️ 12 hour car ride 🚙 all worth seeing 300 priceless smiles on all of these children’s faces.

Yesterday was our Backpack of Hope distribution for Manga Elementary School in Oas, Albay. Here we were given the warmest welcome from their principal, amazing teachers and parents, and 300 students which was more than we could have ever asked for.

As I told them before I left, this was only the beginning. All I asked of them in return was to promise me they would continue studying hard, while on my end I promised I would learn how to not only speak fluent Tagalog, but the Bicolano dialect as well😄
